Q: What do you do at Freestyle?
Q: How long have you been at Freestyle? Has your journey within Freestyle changed since you first joined?
A: I’ve been at Freestyle 4 years now. Following an initial stint in the Site Support team, I then moved into the Client Services team, specifically Account Management. This move reflected a change in responsibilities, moving away from a product maintenance focus, towards a product evolution focus and managing client relationships. In short, communication and technical understanding of our digital products were key aspects in my first role, both of which have enabled me to excel in my current Account Management role.
