Your primary responsibility will be to identify and close new opportunities that perfectly align with our company goals and objectives, and as such we're looking for a tenacious and results-driven individual who thrives on generating new business, excels at opening and closing deals, and revels in forging strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
As our Partnerships Lead, you'll take ownership of developing effective sales plans, maximising the chances of securing new clients and smashing our targets.
Collaborating with the marketing and new business executives, you'll help to shape our lead generation strategy and seek out innovative approaches to uncover potential clients, seize new opportunities, and clinch valuable partnerships. We understand the significance of this role, and we're dedicated to supporting you through external training, mentoring, and internal coaching to ensure you have all the tools to excel and deliver exceptional results.
Generating new business opportunities: The primary objective is to identify and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives. This involves prospecting, lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients. Whilst much of lead generation will be achieved by the New Business executive, you’ll also need to grow your own pipeline and handle inbound leads.
Owning the new business pipeline and reporting to the wider commercial team on performance and progress.
Meeting sales targets: Achieving sales targets by securing new deals, closing sales, and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the organisation.
Developing and implementing strategies: This role is responsible for developing effective strategies to drive new business growth. This involves analysing market trends, identifying customer needs, and developing sales plans to maximise the chances of winning new clients.
Proposal, pitch and presentation development: Crafting compelling proposals and presentations. Working with the team to refine and hone pitch process. This includes responding to detailed requests for proposals (RFPs), creating customised pitches, and delivering persuasive presentations to potential clients.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders: Collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, client services, and delivery teams, is crucial for success. You’ll work closely with these teams to align strategies, leverage expertise, and maximise opportunities.
Continuous learning and professional development: Staying updated on industry trends, networking, attending events, and continuously improving sales skills in order to stay competitive, adapt to changing market dynamics, and identify new opportunities.
Contributing to overall business growth: The Partnerships Lead plays a crucial role in driving the overall growth of the organisation. By securing new business, expanding market reach, and contributing to revenue goals, they contribute to the success and expansion of the company.

We’re a Flexa accredited flexible and hybrid workplace. Everyone comes to the barns at least once a week. We spend the rest of the time split between the barns and home (or a coffee shop, or wherever else you do your best work!).
We embrace flexibility at Freestyle. Our core hours are between 10am and 4pm but you can flex within that to work around your life and needs…from school runs to dog walks, we’ve got you covered!
