The B Corp process has helped us to grow, evolve and refine the business that we are today, building on the solid foundations that were put in place over 27 years ago, creating a business that truly puts people, be that our employees, our clients or local communities at the heart of what we do.
From introducing new policies and initiatives such as Volunteer Time Off (to allow our team to take time out to volunteer for charities that they’re passionate about), to measuring and tracking our energy usage and waste in order to hit our reduction targets, B Corp is helping us be better every day.
