Humanising the digital experience
A summary of the top takeaways from Tonic 05. We heard the stories of Monzo, HM Passport Office and learned about making customer journeys memorable through emotion.
From mid-September we officially became the digital agency for CAMC, picking up their website caravanclub.co.uk and roadmap for future development.
We were selected based on the success we’d already created for the launch of their Experience Freedom concept www.experiencefreedom.co.uk, and following a few months of intensive discussion.
Over that time we worked closely together to understand the complex nature of their Episerver CMS, commerce and booking engine setup. We were able to demonstrate the depth of our technical capability and how that aligns with their internal teams.

Beyond the website itself, we’re retained on a strategic basis to help CAMC evolve their digital roadmap including the redevelopment of their booking engine, content and campaign activity.
For the Freestyle team, it means a few trips to East Grinstead every month which keeps some motorway service stations in business, and we’re really enjoying the close relationship we’ve created. The Discovery process revealed a surprising number of Freestylers and their families who are Club members, who knew?!
Freestyle’s Technical Director, Guy Brown is looking forward to the challenge “the two teams across CAMC and Freestyle have been working closely together to get to grips with the Episerver setup and we’re in a great position to accelerate their roadmap and take advantage of Episerver’s advanced marketing platform capabilities.”
