We don't just say we care about our Freestylers, we act on it. From extended Christmas shutdown to a BUPA cash plan, enhanced parental leave and subsidised massages, your wellbeing is a priority. There's plenty of quality time with Freestylers outside of the office too thanks to our social committee shindigs and annual events for summer and Christmas.
You won’t find us sitting too comfortably. We aim to fail fast and learn even faster so that you feel stretched and fulfilled. You'll have a dedicated training budget, regular 121s and plenty of opportunities to learn. Whether you land MVP of the month, or give someone a shoutout on Slack, feedback, growth and recognition is built in.
Everyone comes to the barns at least once a week and you’re welcome whenever you like. You can even book your dog in too with our studio app. On Wednesdays we tuck into bread and pastries from a local artisan bakery, every third Tuesday we enjoy subsidised massages and you can test your barista skills with our coffee machine all week long.
