As an important member of our Client Services team you’ll be working strategically with your clients to identify challenges and opportunities within their marketplace. You’ll be the face of your client accounts and will collaborate with the rest of our awesome team to deliver outstanding work to your client base.
This role will be focused primarily on our largest key client (about 80% of your time) with the opportunity to nurture a number of other smaller client accounts too. You’ll help to manage client spend, developing a strong rapport and trusting client relationship.
Alongside our insightful UX experts, super organised project managers, technically awesome developers, QA specialists and inspiring creatives, you’ll be expected to add value by adding your knowledge of the client and their sector to our work and guiding the team to create products and services the client can’t resist.
At Freestyle, we lean on our Client Partners to devise and drive their own account strategy, drive new opportunities hard and work to exceed financial account targets.
Driving revenue and seeing success:

As a Client Partner you’ll be the driving force behind revenue. Through cross-selling and up-selling, you’ll be responsible for making commercial decisions and ultimately for the overall profitability of your accounts

You’ll be commercially minded and be comfortable in delivering value-based pricing for the work within the Freestyle service offering

Client Partners will nurture and grow the accounts in their care – being indispensable to their client contact and making our clients feel loved.
Developing, nurturing and driving client relationships:

You will be a trusted digital advisor to the clients in your portfolio. You will be expected to get plenty of face time with your clients, sit at your client’s offices where possible and indulge in the occasional dinner / coffee / lunch with your clients

You will oversee the client interaction with Freestyle, from start to finish. You will be responsible for the way the client views Freestyle and you will be the crossover between the agency and client team

Every quarter, you’ll spend quality time with the clients in your portfolio to share the latest trends and insights for their industry. This will position you as a knowledge holder and the agency, as a thought leader for our client partners.
Taking the lead in developing client strategy:

You’ll update account strategies, targets and plans regularly and share with the team members who work on the account

As a commercially focused individual, you’ll work hard to smash (and even exceed) your account targets by identifying, developing and selling in new products and services

Alongside our awesome team you’ll build out and send detailed SoW’s

You’ll also keep our pipeline tracking document up to date as well as the wider commercial team to give a good view on how we are tracking against targets and any opportunities coming up so we can plan and resource accordingly.
